Students of Aptech Aviation Academy visited Hotel Urban Hermitage, Nagpur to observe and learn the practical aspects of the hospitality industry. The students visited all the room categories, service bay, swimming pool, restaurants, banquet halls, reception area and spa, and understood the finer details of their daily operations and smooth functioning. With this visit to the five star property, the students got to know about various job roles of the hospitality industry and their importance.
