Airport terminal officer
The airport terminal officers are responsible for terminal operations & security, facility & ground maintenance, and airport budgeting. They also handle legal compliance matters including operating agreements, airport rules, regulations, & standard operating procedures.
As a passenger handling executive, you ensure smooth check-in, ticket services and luggage transfer for customers. The good service that you provide adds to the goodwill of the airline.
The duties of ramp officers include assembling and arranging baggage & cargo in the aircraft, off-loading and on-loading baggage, and using pushback tugs to push the aircraft backwards for maintenance.
As a cargo officer, you will be responsible for safe and timely movement of all cargo. You may coordinate & supervise the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo or baggage.
Station officers are in command of the aircraft parking during flight transitions. It is your duty to follow airport guidelines and arrange pre-flight preparations such as flight catering logistics, aircraft cabin cleaning services and administrative supports to the crew.
As an aviation security officer, you are expected to perform a range of duties designed to ensure the safety and security of passengers & staff at the airport & airlines. Your duties include screening of passengers, carry-on bags, check-in bags, and airport & aircraft searches.
